Cancellation Policy

£25.00 per room or 10% of total booking is required, whichever is the greater, to secure your booking, this is a non-refundable registration/booking fee, balance payable in full on arrival.

Payment will be required in full if booking is made within 7 days of stay.

No allowances can be made for temporary absence, early departure and/or meals not taken.

In the event of a Cancellation, the following charges apply:-

Less than 7 days notice or non arrival 100% of booking value, 7 days or more, loss of deposit only.

This tariff is subject to change/amendment at anytime without prior notice.

When the guest gives a credit/debit card details to the proprietor in order to guarantee a booking or in order to make a deposit then its is agreed between the parties that in the event of cancellation the proprietor may debit the guests credit/debit card with the full amount of the cancellation charge as set out above less an allowance for any deposit or payment already paid. It may also be used to cover the cost of damage to the hotel or to cover other charges the customer is liable for. after the guest has departed.

Where rooms are booked for single occupancy, dual occupancy is not permitted unless the appropriate upgrade is registered and paid for.

Guest's property, etc., is the sole responsibility of the Guest, unless placed in the Hotel safe and the appropriate fee paid. Guests' Vehicles and their Vehicle contents are left on the Hotel site and the Vehicle owner's sole responsibility.

We recommend all guests provide their own insurance for personal belongings along with holiday insurance.

Please note, that as the Host, you are responsible for the conduct of your party. Anti-Social behaviour will not be tolerated.

Any damage to the Hotel Property by yourself or your Guest's will be charged for in full, for the cost of any cleaning/repair, along with any lost revenue of rooms awaiting attention. There is also a surcharge of £30.00 if evidence of smoking is found in the rooms during or after your stay. This will be the liability of the organisation/person booking the room, who will be responsible for collecting Payment, if necessary from their other Guests.

The Hotel will not be liable to any guest (or any members of the guest's party) for the death of or injury to the guest or any members of the guest's party, or loss or damage to the guest (or party) property, unless due under the Hotel Proprietors' Act 1956, or to the hotels negligence (or other failure by the hotel to perform its obligations under these Terms or under General law).

The Hotel will not be liable, nor deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of failure to perform any of its obligations when the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. Such causes would include flooding, fire accident, power cuts, strikes etc.

The Hotel reserves the right to move guests to an alternative room, either within the hotel or at another comparable hotel provided the room is not of an inferior standard, the Hotel is unable to guarantee that all of the facilities will be available for use during a guest's stay and is unable to make any refund or reduction in its charges if this should occur.

Employees of the hotel are not authorised to make any representations unless confirmed in writing to the client.

The Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement and no change will be made to them in any individual case unless they are made in writing and confirmed by an authorised employee of the hotel.
